Entire House in Paarl, SA

This awesome house is beautifully renovated, and only 0.8 km from Paarl Medi-Clinic, and 0.4 km from the entrance to Gymnasium High School. The new Optenhorst Shopping Centre is also across the road. Security is important to us and you can expect secure parking behind high fences for 3 vehicles. An alarm system with cameras is standard and floodlights are all around the house. To top it all off, the whole house has burglar bars and slam lock security gates. Included is a pool with braai area.

The space
The house is in a quiet area across the road from a working farm. The pool and braai area is really nice, and you can relax in the lounge area with a fully fitted kitchen.

Guest access
The unit has its own private outside braai area, but may also use the braai at the pool - just need to book it in advance if you want to use it exclusively.

Getting Around

Although the property is within walking distance from shops, laundromat, hospital and Gimnasium High School, you can use Uber as it is good and safe in Paarl.

Additional Information

You may have to share the swimming pool with other guests. If you want to use the braai area at the pool, please book it with us in advance. There are 3 apartments and you may encounter other guests – please respect their privacy. No loud noises or music after 22h00. It is self-catering – we will provide the basics – the rest you have to bring. The cleaning fee is to tidy up when you check out – we do not clean every day – UNLESS you arranged this with us at extra cost. Only the amount of people that has booked, is allowed in the apartment. No additional visitors are allowed to attend parties or events on the property, and guests may not bring others to the premises following an event. We regret – no wedding parties is allowed.😪 PLEASE switch Airconditioners off when you leave or when the windows / doors are open.
