This stunning apartment is only 0.4 km from the popular Paarl of Gymnasium High School, 0.8 km from Paarl Medi-Clinic, 1.7 km from Paarl Hospital and across the street from the new Optenhorst Mall. It consists of 2 x spacious rooms with the shower and toilet leading from one of the bedrooms. Security is important and we have ensured safe parking behind a fence, Alarm system with security cameras as well as burglar bars all around. A nice outside braai area completes the picture.

The kitchenette only has the basics - microwave, airfryer, kettle, wash-up area and a fridge/freezer. This is located in bedroom 2. This house is located in a very quiet area and overlook the farm across the street. It is situated on a corner plot with a popular shopping superette about 100 metres away.

Getting Around

The very popular 7-Days Family supermarket is just around the corner and a short walking distance away. Also just across Main Road is Landi’s Laundromat. The new Optenhorst Shopping Centre will open soon, and is also across Main Road – a short walking distance. Uber in Paarl is very good, safe and reliable. Franschhoek is fairly close and some excellent wine farms are around Paarl and Wellington.

There are 3 apartments and you may encounter other guests – please respect their privacy.
It is self-catering – we will provide the basics – the rest you have to bring.
The cleaning fee is to tidy up when you check out – we do not clean every day – UNLESS you arranged this with us at extra cost.
Only the amount of people that have booked, is allowed in the apartment.
No additional visitors are allowed to attend parties or events on the property, and guests may not bring others to the premises following an event.
We regret – no wedding parties allowed.
PLEASE switch Airconditioners off when you leave or when the windows / doors are open.
