Entire Apartment in Paarl, SA

This cosy one-bedroom apartment is located directly across Gimnasium High School in Paarl Main Road. It has an indoor Braai and lock-up garage. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Security is excellent with burglar bars all around and an alarm system with security camera`s. The King size bed with extra length can be transformed to two x Single beds on request. DSTV and Wifi is also standard in the apartment. The all new Optenhorst Mall is just a small walking distance away.

 

The space
From Main Road you enter the parking area via a remote controlled security gate. You can then park in front of your single garage while you off-load your luggage. There is a secured 9-foot gate that you have to unlock to get access to the front of the apartment. It would also be wise to disarm the alarm at this stage. After opening the front door, you will enter the braai room with table and chairs as well as the fridge / freezer. You will then walk through the kitchen to the bedroom. Immediately to the left you will find the bathroom that consists of a toilet and shower over the bath. from the bedroom you can go out to the back garden area - again using a security gate. If you go out for the day, or you go to bed for the night, it would be advised to activate the alarm system. You may also park your car inside the lock-up garage. Wifi is standard in the apartment.

This house is located in a very quiet area and overlook the farm across the street. It is situated on a corner plot with a popular shopping superette about 100 metres away.

Getting Around

The very popular 7-Days Family supermarket is just around the corner and a short walking distance away. Also just across Main Road is Landi’s Laundromat. The new Optenhorst Shopping Centre will open soon, and is also across Main Road – a short walking distance. Uber in Paarl is very good, safe and reliable. Franschhoek is fairly close and some excellent wine farms are around Paarl and Wellington.
